Conned me again

I requested a Uber April 24 the Uber and told me I have too much luggage and refuse to take me ..but I was charged for the trip...previous to that I did a cash trip driver claim he don't have change my account will be created it never happened ..this is a bunch of ******...today again I got ripped of by Uber no man it's *******
