Confused

Please could you assist ,my son took an Uber on friday and by law we do not need to wear a mask anymore ,Uber driver loaded an complain against him for not wearing a mask, Uber even emailed him and send him a mail to say next time he needs to take a photo with a mask on before he can use Uber again and Uber can revoke his access if he doesn't comply, please could you explain this Regards Lelane
