Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Uber *Review:* I want to lay a complaint with uber and I cannot do that since the ride was requested by someone for me. The driver assaulted me and instead of hearing from both parties they blocked the account of person who requested for me. Now we cannot lay a complain and we struggling with getting in touch with them on their support team. To make matters worse I was not alone, I was with my 99 year old grandfather.
