Complaint

Uber works well most of the time . However I can't find a place on the app to complain abou certain deliveries from time to time. On occasion we are overcharged when drivers wait too long before picking up delivery packages and another thing that happens is where the delivery is canceled on Uber side for no apparent reason and we are charged a cancelation fee. Usually R20 but this past week I was billed the full price of the delivery R45
