Complaint about Urber

i requested a urber on the 07/03/2018 was at the airport OR Tambo a total of R130 was debited from my account and the driver cancelled my trip with no valid reason and he was absolutely rude Urber only refunded me R16 and have been asking for the full amount to be refunded and the not attending to my matter.
