Complain unauthorised transactions

I would like to report an urgent issue regarding my account. It appears that someone is using my account with Uber without my authorization. There was an unauthorized transaction yesterday, and another one has occurred again today. Additionally, I have noticed that fees are being charged to my account even when these transactions are declined, and these charges are being deducted from me.
