Commission and Tax deduction

Well I have been an Uber Driver since November 2015. Everything is was good until 2022. Uber commission was 25% and they have now increased their commission to 40% without consulting with Drivers. Furthermore, they deduct tax money from Drivers earnings the money is not paid to SARS. It is ******** to do that. When we ask questions, they say that they don't have answers.
