Cold Rides with uber

I am a regular Uber user and everynight is cold winter day in Johannesburg and every night I am disappointed to find that the car is always freezing inside. As soon as I got in, I notice that the temperature is always uncomfortably low, making it difficult to get comfortable during the rides. As someone who values a comfortable temperature during their daily commutes, I am always taken aback by the lack of effort to maintain a reasonable temperature by the drivers. I am I finish work after midnight every night.

I understand that it always comes down to petrol and life is expensive and its freezing outside at the hours i finish work and im thinking as an Uber rider, I expect a certain level of comfort and warmth in the vehicle. Unfortunately, every night these rides fall short of that expectation. The drivers are not even bothered and not seem to notice or care about the temperature, which makes me feel uncomfortable and shivering throughout these rides.

To improve the experience, I would suggest that Uber consider implementing measures to ensure that their vehicles are properly heated during winter months. This could include providing drivers with guidelines on how to adjust the temperature or equipping the cars with better heating systems , angati but that's my daily experience with uber.
