I am a regular user of Uber but yesterday I felt cheated by it. I entered Baragwanath as my destination and was dropped off at the baragwanath gate. Now when I requested Uber my estimate was R38 but I paid R71 when I dropped off. When I sent my query I am told my destination was not the same as my entered location I should have entered baragwanath gate or enter a landmark. There is no other baragwanath except the hospital and that’s exactly where I got off. I am so ****ed with their service
