Charging Customers for Taxi Drivers' Cancelations

<p>My wife was waiting with her shopping for an Uber Cab at the usual spot. We have never cancelled a ride and enjoy a great rating, yet not one but two Uber taxies cancelled the pick up. Which meant she was waiting quite long for a ride. When an Uber ride actually arrived the Uber attempted to charge her double the usual fare. This is unacceptable. </p>
