Charges with no ride

We went to a concert. You're game plan was such a mess, there was really bad reception for which I landed up replacing my sim card. After 2 hours of trying to find your uber driver who clearly didn't understand the instructions UBER GAVE I managed to find my own ride home with my 11yo daughter. Now you say I need to pay? For what?
