Charges

It’s so disheartening and disappointing what uber is doing. All my rides are always charged extra after taking the trip. Sometimes even double..? This morning I even had a recording of when the driver was taking a long route and not listening to me, I have been waiting for an agent to get back to me and still nothing! Even if it’s the drivers fault we need to suffer the consequences..?
