Charged three times for one trip, money is gone and Uber refuses to reverse transaction

Uber deducts money from account and claims they haven't even when the trip has not taken place. I was charged 3 times for a single trip that the driver cancelled together with a cancellation fee for a trip I didn't cancel.

The money is no longer in my account and the Uber team is advising that the money hasn't left my account. How when my balance is less than what it was before requesting the trip?
