Charged R350 over and above my fare!

<p>I wish there was a ZERO rating.</p> <p>I hired an uber & was charged R72 for the trip, which was all good.</p> <p>A few minutes later, i saw R350 taken from my account, I queried this through their channels (which is very frustrating because there is no number to phone - one has to deal with drop down menus and pray for a response). Hours later a seemingly automated response came to say R350 charged for vomiting in the car. ***? Nobody vomited or messed that vehicle. I would like a refund - while i download the Taxify app!</p>
