Charged more and put into debt

was charged R45 for my trip. Being a struggling student, I budgetted just for that. But without any explanation, my trip was updated after I completed it to a different price – resulting in going over my budget. The money then left my account and put it in a negative. After reviewed the trip and receiving help, the price changed back. HOWEVER, bc my account in now in a negative due to Uber, the charges keep going off as Uber is trying to take the money putting me into FUTHER debt and even a larger negative. I really need this issue sorted out or else I am required to take legal action.
