Charged for Uber ride I did not take

I was charged for a Uber ride to the value of R297. 71 that I did not book and they just said the charges are not linked to my account, but a different account, and the have taken action to ensure there are no further charges to my card....

Where I feel it was negligence from their side how did my banking details get to another account

And why now they take action.. I feel I should be refunded
