Charged for trip that did not even happen

I am absolutely upset. I ordered a trip with my card and 377 went off, the driver cancelled before he could even get into my estates: -The amount has still not been credited -I got charged cancellation when i was not even the one that cancelled. -i had to pay another 352 because the same driver only accepted when the payment was made cash. What am i supposed to do without the money thats not being credited into my account. If you could take then credit it back . Why should i wait this long ?? This is the second time this happened and the first incident was not even attended to. I want my money back .
