Charged for ride that didn’t pick up

I was charged for a ride that never showed up. When I logged a refund via the help tap on the Uber app. Feedback came quick stating it looks like I was in the vehicle. There isn’t any other way to dispute their outcome. There’s not even a call center to assist. It’s terrible that the driver can just say they picked me up and drop off at a destination that I didn’t even request. Meanwhile I stood at the stop waiting for the Uber and it never showed up
