CHARGED FOR RIDE I DID NOT TAKE

I ordered a ride on Friday April 1st. Told me driver is on the way and i was tracking him. All of a sudden i get a message saying my trip has ended early. I got charged the full amount for the trip even though it only shows half the amount in the app. I have checked my statements and nothing has been reversed. I dont feel it fair to get charged for a trip that i did not take. Did not even get in the car and the trip was not cancelled on my side. I have tried to sort this out via the app but i still have received no response.
