Charged for invalid service

Saturday on 7 Oct 2017 I requested uber. I waited for Cebo who is driving Toyota corolla ND 127814. He didn't arrive he then cancelled the trip then my account is credited with R25 of which I don't understand is for what because he is the one who cancelled the trip. What uber is doing now is theft and *****, you forgot that you are not alone in the market. Thanks to texfty for saving my day. Good bye uber till you sort this nonsense.
