Charged for help but GOT NO HELP!!!!!!!!! No even an acknowledgment

I recenlty took an uber and had a complaint regarding the driver and the ride, when I looked at my accoount Uber charged me for the help option. BUT I GOT NO HELP !!!!!!! or even a response. Their drivers act as if they doing you a favor when you actually paying for a service. The piece of s**** car that did the trip compained about a dirt road, when the car had a whole in the bac****!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS THAT???????
