CHARGED FOR CANCELLED TRIP

I was charged on Tuesday for the trip cancelled by their arrogant driver Chris-Toyota Corolla reg no DX92WGGP. they charged cancellation fee of R25 and the full fair of R110.I tried many times to get help on their app but nothing is happening.I want that money as the end of today,my number ***.
