Charged for cancelation

<p>I requested an uber around 6 pm in durban.the driver wasnt picking up my location.it kept saying driver is 7 minutes away!! Tried calling the driver it went to an 087 number and the call couldnt be connected.it was raining.i had to wait over the 7 minutes .i find it unfair to be charged for the cancelation when it wasnt my fault.the driver wasnt moving!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Disappointed once again</p> <p> </p>
