Charged for a trip that I didn't request

Please reverse the payment below, I forgot my house keys in the car and I reported the lost item and the driver returned it where he dropped me off, Upon arrival I was heading home so I requested from 27 Taaibos Street Midrand to 17 Kilimanjaro, then the driver accepted the trip only to find the driver accepted another trip from the same address (because is a salon) to soshanguve and he even mentioned it to me that he has to come back to pick someone and they are going to soshanguve, after dropping me of he never ended my trip so he picked up the person and proceeded to dropping them in soshanguve later I received a message from uber that my trip took longer than expected and am I safe and not reading to much to it I said yes and rated the driver 5 stars, to my surprise this morning I received a bank and uber notification that the actual price of R44 was reversed and was charged R401 for a trip to soshanguve then that's when I realized that the driver never ended my trip. This morning I requested a refund but haven't received any feedback, I need this transaction corrected ASAP that's money for going to work
