Charged for a trip not taken

Uber disappoint. Took a trip with these guys from Morningside to sandton and my bill was R156 Firstly charged me the R33 which i normally pay per trip ,I then rated my driver on his trip I guess went ok.

Moments later got another bill for a trip to roodepoort which I then was billed R156 NOTE:which I did not take Mailed and quiry the bill but to no response...still waiting
