Charged for a Trip i did not take

I was charged R780 for a trip i did not take. I requested a trip however the driver did not pitch. I waited for about 30 minutes and then I made an alternative arrangement. However this morning I see I was charged for a trip i didnt take. Uber must reimburse me my money. They cant just ***** our money
