Charged for a trip i did not even take

<p>On Friday the 10 of Feb, i requested an uber thereafter the driver called and told me to cancel as he was lost. i cancelled immediately but i was still charged R87.00 for a trip which i did not take. I did submit this on the app and i was told that this issue was resolved but it has not been.</p>
