CHARGED DOUBLE
<p>I requested uber on saturday night and immediately got charged R212 before my trip even began, mind u, i didn't have any outstanding amount owing prior. then my trip amounted to R66 which they deducted, i submitted a complaint to uber and till now i haven't gotten my refund for the R212 they deducted from my account. i was shocked to learn that uber deducts money before ending a trip. I NEED MY R212 REFUND FROM UBER ASAP!!</p>

i have done that and even sent a screen munch of an fnb notification of the R212 deducted, they asked for a screen munch of a bank statement and i sent that. why was the money deducted before the trip anyway?
