Charged but payment not updated

Yesterday i requested for uber to pick me up from my house to the mall, it took R52 that the trip said it would be. Next thing after trip was completed it says that i must log in an complete payment. My issue is, Uber never comes if you have no funds available in your account. I sent proof that it went and still they are insisting that i pay. on the 22nd of Dec it took R62 from my account , i canceled the trip before i was even given a driver but still today have not received this amount.
