Charged 20 times the amount due to driver not ending my trip.

<p>I booked a ride from Goodwood to Harfield village behind Kenilworth centre fair estimate said 107. Firstly driver went to cavendish square. Driver then did not close my trip and I was charged 292 rand as he had gone all the way to greenpoint. I was charged 192 as I used my free code where I should have been charge around R7.00. I have mailed Uber twice regarding this with no response. This is unacceptable.</p>
