Changing rates after the fact

I was quoted a price for a trip. There were no delays, no longer distance, Nothing that would change the price. After the driver the driver changed the fee for the trip. Unexpectable. Second challenge. The app is not set up to solve issues. This specific challenge can not be sorted on the app. I don't think I will use this service again. There are other options.
