Changed trip prices and routes to rip customers off!

Oh wow, here I thought I was alone in my Uber frustrations... That is until I just read some of the other reviews. So sad actually. This company has been complete hijacked by a bunch of tsotsi drivers and bureaucrat administrators! Anyway, I'm clearly not holding my breath for a response... but for what it's worth, I have 3 disputes outstanding regarding cancelled trips and ***** routes, all ending in a useless support centre that doesn't believe a word I say, and refuses to declare the trip records for disputation. A joke. I hope Bolt is better. Hold on, my bicycle would be better at this point!
