Cash not paid back on a ride and driver constatly lying

Good Morning,

I booked an Uber Driver on the 22.02 till 23.02. His Name is Siphesihle Msomi and his cellphone number is *** . He mostly services the Ballito (school drop offs are part of his business as well and the King Shaka Route. It was Cash rides, I send him a cash wallet and he **** and said that he couldn't receive the cash as his phone was giving him issues. Nonetheless I ended up having to withdraw the money to pay.

I forgot to reverse the transaction with my bank, and when I finally did I learnt that he had withdrawn the cash. I called him multiple time to get the cash back he kept lying that he is coming back, and its a month today and he still hasn't paid me back.

Uber need to check the integrity of these drivers as this is unacceptable. And this same driver takes rides that are not booked via the app.
