Cash billing and promotion

<p>I took a trip during peak time in Cape town, it came to R368, later when i checked my emailed reciept it shows my R100 off promotion was deducted and then added back to the bill. Also if i check the app reciept in the Help it shows my ride was R268. I want my R100 off back since i had to pay for it.</p>
