Cape Town Airport: Disgraceful Uber driver behaviour

<p>I would like to report the disgusting behaviour by your Uber drivers experienced at Cape Town International Airport. Your drivers in the arrival pick-up area (P1 parkade) are obstructing traffic and parking *******ly to wait for passengers.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife, two young children and I were awaiting an Uber pick-up and asked two of your drivers to move their cars as they were obstructing traffic. Both of them became verbally and physically abusive - I noted down the number plates of the one Uber driver (CY 338-557) but the other sped off.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is simply not acceptable and as a company I would expect you to investigate the matter and suspend them. I came very close to reporting the incident to the SA police.</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition, the pick up areas at CT airport need to be monitored as your drivers are gaining a reputation for lawlessness and being ****s, worse than kombi taxi drivers!!</p>
