Can’t use my Uber Cash on Uber

I have bought a R2000 voucher for uber to last me a month, I bought it and got a code so I put the code in and it went to my uber cash, but when I want to order a ride using my uber cash it gives me an error saying “there has been an issue please go to help.uber.com if it continues” , and I have done that, I have been complaining to uber and they have not helped and I am even a customer of uber one which R50 a month and I can’t even get a discount when I am using my card I only get a discount when I use my uber cash but I can’t even use that so what is the point of paying R50 a month when I don’t even benefit from it. So I really need this to be solved has it is a very big inconvenience for me as it is my mode of transport and I don’t understand how a company like Uber can have a problem like this and even if they do they don’t care about there clients enough to help them with the situation, it is getting really frustrating
