Can't get lost wallet from Uber office in PE

I dropped my wallet on uber vehicle in the morning. The driver picked it up and sent it to the local uner office in Port Elizabeth. He told me the office closes at 3pm, I left work early so that I can make the time. When I got here I was told by the security that the responsible staff member named Paul left early and I can not get my wallet.

I spent money on transport, left work work early so that I can come and pick up my wallet. Now I can't get my wallet, My id, drivers licence and bank cards are in the wallet.....
