CANNOT GET UBER TO WORK

I have downloaded the app onto my S6 Edge. To date, I have been unable to use uber. Firstly I get a message saying \ This device is not supported for requesting a trip\". this is impossible! I have a very up-to-date phone. If I dont get that message, then I get a message that says ......\"please re-enter account settings by re-entering account payment\". I am using easy pay.<br> <br> Uber has no telephone number that a customer can phone. Everything is via email, and the response time is shocking!!! Also when they do reply, the reply does not sort out the problem.<br> <br> It's just disgusting service all round. I had such hopes for this app:(:(:("
