Cancelling **** rides lead to cancellation fees

I often have uber drivers accept my ride request and then they never come.

On the map their car is stationary for many minutes. (The reason I don't know but I suspect it is deliberate problem causing by people who compete with uber).

The way around this of course is to cancel the ride and request another - hoping the same driver doesn't accept your ride.

Problem is that I have paid for these cancellations in the past.

UBER support is very poor. Chat line is open 3-5pm three times a week only!
