Cancelled trip charged and new cost for same trip

I Pre booked trip one day before and on day at time I got message my trip was cancelled - I did not cancel it and suspect app was not working because off switching from wifi to data when I went outside to wait and not show location - I then booked again and driver was one street away and got me the trip was now R190 and not R160 ? The message said cancellation fee of R125 - driver was very good gave him 5 rating - he said they won’t charge both Guess he was wrong as both went through my bank acc - I send message to ask and will see what happens if I get my R125 back - ******* to pay R190 for smallest Uber from Plumstead to Cape Town bus station - I was dropped off one block away anyhow My second time Uber and last time
