Cancelled ride not reversed

I ordered a ride on the 19th of April and it cost R40 and it was charged on my card. I waited for 15 minutes for a driver to pick up the ride and eventually cancelled the trip. Uber wrote that I wasn’t charged for the trip and the money will be credited back to my card. But till today I’m still waiting for the money to be paid back. This is not the first time I have encountered such distasteful service. I logged a complaint with them but still no response from them. S
