Cancellation fee reap off

I tried using their services this morning but I got disappointed. After requesting a ride 6 minutes for the driver to arrive but to my surprise I waited for over 10 minutes and no ride, when I tried to cancel the request I was told I was liable for R25 cancellation fee. for no fault of mine
