Cancelation fee

I am not happy about the service I just received. I had to pay R75 which I wont back cause I requested three uber drivers and they canceled.

The first driver called and told me he is not fami**** with Soweto he is from town I gave him a number to call to get directions and canceled

I requested the second time the same driver accepted the first request. I can't call the driver cause the number redirecting me to call centre that only plays a record to call from the which by doing that its still directing me to that recording

I requested a for the third time and the driver sent me a message saying he is dropping someone off than is coming i waited than he canceled I was charged

I requested for the 4th time the driver had to drop someone off at Meadowlands it's cold my friend is waiting outside with a baby and is sick. The driver arrived and wow I still can't call him to get directions and he also did bother calling than canceled. It's sooo unfair that I am the one that still need to pay after receiving such bad service ????????
