Can Uber sort this out

On the 39th of April 2025 I requested an uber that charged me R252.36 then when I reached my destination the amount increased to R302.00 I queried this with uber and to date I haven’t had a reply they keep debiting my account with R49 and its declining and now I can’t use my uber account
