I’ve received disgusting service or rather no service at all. A driver came to drop me off at my place on Monday the 27th didn’t end the trip and I only noticed that the trip was still ongoing after 35minutes, which resulted in me being charged 3 times the initial amount I was supposed to pay for my ride. I reported this immediately with uber support and all they’ve been saying is “we will get back to you as soon as an agent is available”. It’s now day 5 and I haven’t heard a single thing from them. Disgusting service honestly
