Bunch of *******...DO NOT USE YOUR CARD!!!!

I requested a trip and was charged R26 while uber is still "finding my driver" after over 10 minutes finding a driver I cancel and I inform uber of this...I am told it's a hold charge and will be back in my account in a few days(that was almost 2 weeks ago). 3 days later I request a trip and R94 is immediately deducted from my account...this time they found me a driver....after waiting for over 10 minutes the driver starts the trip(I am still waiting for him by the way) so I cancel because he's not even here and I inform uber of this...was told the same thing that it's a hold charge and will be back in my account....almost 2 weeks and I still don't have my money....Uber is full of ****
