Bull**** service

They charged me double for trips. When I enquire they say it is voided and will return in my bank account. I sent a complaint in December of R69 that was never returned. I called the bank those charges was taken by Uber. Yesterday 22/02/2022 the same thing happened. I sent a complaint consultants Haneen F, Omnia, Azizullah, Ayesha keep telling me the same thing yet its been 24 hours my money is still not returned and they do not have a turn around time as to when it will be refunded. This app and company is a **** and they have ****** as drivers.
