BOYCOTT UBER!!

My daughter left her I-phone in an Uber last Friday. She realised it straight away and called the Uber driver to alert him. He said he needs to complete his next trip and then will return the phone. He subsequently turned the phone off and replaced the sim card. This is theft. We have called Uber a number of times to report this, but they have absolutely no interest in dealing with it. We know the name of the Uber driver, he has acknowledged that he has the phone and has subsequently ****** it. BOYCOTT UBER!! They have absolutely zero regards for their clients.
