BOLT (rides) IS DEFINITELY BETTER THAN UBER!

The service from Uber rides is absolutely ridiculous. Firstly, in general, there is never any Uber Go's (even though the app indicates that one is 2 mins away) so I've been forced to use one of the more expensive options. More specifically, I ordered a Uber ride to collect me from Access Park, Cape Town and the driver (Gaston) was uncooperative and unwilling to collect me at my exact location. I was waiting at the entrance and he told me to come to where he was parked. I'm not from Cape Town and I told him I don't where he is and he then tells me to ask someone around me. Somewhere in the middle of this my ride gets cancelled but I'm stuck paying a cancellation fee. Its outrageous!

I then download the Bolt app and within minutes I'm in my Bolt ride on my way to my destination. The difference in service is like chalk and cheese! To add insult to injury, uber is actually more expensive than Bolt.
