I am appalled by the pathetic customer service received. What is the point of uber having an uber cash facility when they cannot refund your change! I paid a driver R100 for a R48 trip knowing he probably didn't have change we agreed the change will be put into my uber cash. Fast forward no change was placed by the driver! And after contacting uber they say they won't refund me! I am disgusted because we pay these drivers yes if they don't have change there is uber cash yet hber doesn't assist when their drivers don't pay our change into the wallets I am disgusted!
